You will bring an array of serving and mixologist skills to the team and you will ensure that the bar runs smoothly and consistently. Your warm, attentive guest service and passion for mixology is worth raising a glass to.Hourly Rate:  $29.47What you will be doing:Adhere to daily checklist and dutiesMaintain exceptional consistency and attention to detail in beverage production, adhering to established recipesCreate a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, emphasizing presentation as a work of art.Utilize culinary skills to prepare garnishes, infusions, syrups, and other elements that enhance the overall cocktail experienceEngage with guests to understand their preferences and tailor recommendations, exceeding their expectations with our beverage offeringsProvide beverage service to the serving colleagues at your assigned bar/station by preparing all beverage orders in a timely and efficient mannerProvide food and beverage service to the guests seated at the bar.Perform daily prep for bar service, including but not limited to picking up liquor, beer, wine; creating storeroom requisitions and stocking bars and service stations accordinglyEnsure bar and service stations are properly set up with necessary equipment and regularly replenished with necessary supplies: alcohol, ice, dishes, and utensilsEnsure that bar area is clean and all equipment is functionalCollaborate seamlessly with the service team and kitchen team to ensure a harmonious flow of food and beverage service.Train venue colleagues in proper beverage preparation procedures and etiquette of the bar area (in adherence to company standards).Ensure bar and liquor controls are in place and maintained by ensuring all liquor and bar stock is properly accounted for and of high quality. The use of a bar measure (jigger) is mandatory.Sort empty bottles and discard in proper recycling receptaclesReceive and process all cash and credit card transactions from guests in an efficient and accurate mannerHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods for all food and beverage venues on propertyAssist venue manager with monthly inventory countingActively participate in monthly departmental sales promotionsAdhere to the State of Hawaii & State of Hawaii & EHC (Environmental Health Consultancy) food handling safety standardsOrganize time so all side work is completed according to shift demandMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
